Privacy Policy
Last updated August 14, 2026
PHC Pro respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and the choices available when you use gophcpro.com, the PHC Pro app, or related services.
Information you provide
We may receive information you submit, including your name, email, company, location, role, account information, team details, support messages, feedback, subscription information, and anything else you choose to provide. The current beta form creates an email on your device.
Company and client data
When you use PHC Pro for your business, you may enter company information, treatment details, estimates, job information, property or tree information, and limited client information needed to complete the work. You remain responsible for having the right to provide and use that data.
PHC Pro does not sell your client data or use it to market to your clients. We use company and client data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the services you request, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized by you.
Connections to other software
If you choose to connect PHC Pro with Jobber, ArborGold, QuickBooks Online, or another third-party service, PHC Pro may access, receive, process, or send only the information reasonably needed for the features you authorize. Depending on the connection, that may include client names and contact information, properties, jobs, estimates, services, treatment names, prices, and status information.
We do not sell information received through an integration. We do not share it with unrelated companies for their own advertising. Data may be transmitted to the connected service at your direction and processed by vendors that help operate the integration. You can request that a connection be removed, although information already sent to a third party remains subject to that provider's privacy practices.
Payments
If you purchase a paid plan, payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Your card number, bank information, security code, and other payment credentials are submitted directly to that processor and handled under its privacy policy and security practices. PHC Pro does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
We may receive and retain limited transaction information needed to manage your account, such as your billing name and email, billing address, customer or transaction identifier, plan, payment status, invoice history, payment method type, and the last four digits of a card. We and our payment processor may use payment and device information to process charges, issue refunds, calculate taxes, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
Connection credentials
Integrations may use access tokens, API keys, or similar credentials. We use them to maintain the connection you requested and limit access where the provider supports it. You should protect your own account credentials and revoke access promptly if you believe a connection has been compromised.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic data, and security logs. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for authentication, settings, security, and measurement.
How information is used
- Provide diagnoses, calculations, treatment workflows, pest timing, integrations, and other requested features.
- Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, and customer support.
- Respond to questions and beta requests.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, test, improve, and secure PHC Pro.

How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, analyze, bill for, communicate about, integrate, or operate PHC Pro; with third-party services you direct us to connect; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets. Service providers are permitted to use information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service, connection, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and integration. Backup copies may remain for a limited time after deletion.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information, or request that an integration be disconnected, by emailing gaskingroup.consulting@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable law may provide additional rights, and some information may be retained where legally permitted or required.
Third-party sites and services
PHC Pro may link to or connect with services we do not control. Their privacy policies govern their own collection and use of information.
Children
PHC Pro is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as PHC Pro changes. The revised date will appear at the top, and material changes may be communicated through the service or by email.
